توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق "موجة" (Mawja) وكيفية استخدامها والاحتفاظ بها، وحقوقك المتعلقة ببياناتك.

نستخدم مزودي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل التطبيق فقط، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة:
يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به نهائياً في أي وقت مباشرة من داخل التطبيق: الحساب ← حذف الحساب. عند الحذف، تُزال بياناتك من خوادمنا فوراً - بما فيها نداءاتك ودعوات الصيد وصورها والبلاغات التي أرسلتها وقائمة الحظر - ولا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.
لا نتسامح مع المحتوى المسيء أو المستخدمين المسيئين. يمكن لأي مستخدم الإبلاغ عن دعوة أو حظر صاحبها من داخل التطبيق، وتُخفى الدعوة تلقائياً عند تلقيها عدة بلاغات، ويراجع فريق الإدارة البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة.
تُخزَّن بياناتك على بنية Firebase التابعة لشركة Google، وتُنقل عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS).
هذا التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمداً.

This Privacy Policy explains what data the Mawja app collects, how it is used and retained, and your rights regarding your data.

Your location is not stored on our servers for this; it is used only in the moment to fetch marine data (depth, tides) from external providers for the point you tap. | Marine calls (emergency, fuel, tow) | When you send a call, the point you chose is stored with your account ID. The call is shown and pushed to all users until it expires, then deleted automatically. |
| Fishing invitations («دعوة مشاركة الصيد») | When you send an invitation we store the point you chose, how long you will stay, the fish types, any note and photo you add, and your first name if you choose to show it. The invitation is visible to all users and in notifications for as long as you said you would stay (6 hours at most), then disappears and is permanently deleted from our servers automatically (usually within 24 hours of ending), together with its photo. You can end and delete it at any time with «غادرت الموقع». |

We use trusted service providers to operate the app only, and never sell your data:
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app: Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes your data from our servers immediately - including your calls, fishing invitations and their photos, the reports you filed, and your blocked list - and cannot be undone.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Anyone can report an invitation or block its sender from within the app; invitations are hidden automatically after several reports, and our moderators review reports within 24 hours.
Your data is stored on Google's Firebase infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
